Atty. Harun Ümit Eren is one of the founding partners of Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership. He specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law, providing legal consultancy services with his team to both local and international clients. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2012 and initially pursued a postgraduate program in Criminal Law. However, his strong desire to practice law led him to commence his legal internship at the Izmir Bar Association in 2014.
Since 2016, he has been working towards building a corporate law firm aligned with the dynamics of Izmir, culminating in the foundation of Kapital Legal in 2018. To strengthen his communication with the business world, he began an MBA program at Izmir University of Economics.
He leads initiatives in corporate structuring, management systems, efficiency, and quality within legal services. He continues to work on quality and management systems under the roof of the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), where he serves as a Board Member of the Izmir Branch as of 2024.
He is actively involved in civil society and is a member of EGİAD and KESİAD. He is also a founding member of LAWMENT, a legal association created to share experience with university students and young lawyers.
