Atty. Ruken Kaya Keskin graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Law in 2015. In addition to her legal education, she has been pursuing a degree in Public Finance at Anadolu University since 2019.
She completed her legal internship at a law firm in Diyarbakır focusing on Labor Law. From 2016 to 2021, she practiced independently in various areas, including Labor Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Enforcement Law, and Administrative Law.
Since 2018, she has served as a mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice’s Department of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and as of 2023, she is also an accredited expert mediator.
She joined Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership in September 2022 as a Senior Associate and currently leads the Labor Law Department, providing legal consultancy and dispute resolution services in her areas of expertise.
