Atty. Bahadır Gökhan Kaya is the founding partner of Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership and a graduate of Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Law. He began his legal career in law firms providing legal services to social security institutions, banks, and other financial institutions. Leveraging his experience, he founded Kapital Legal and brought together a highly competent legal team.
He specializes in execution and enforcement proceedings, particularly in high-value enforcement and foreclosure files. He provides tailored legal services to clients and colleagues in the fields of banking law, foreclosure of mortgages or pledges, and title registration procedures related to movable and immovable properties acquired through enforcement.
He actively participates in civil society initiatives and currently serves as a Board Member of ASKON Izmir Branch. He is also a member of ESSIAD.
