Atty. Sinem Saraçoğlu is a partner at Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership and a registered trademark and patent attorney. She specializes in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law, offering legal consultancy, trademark-patent representation, and litigation services to her national and international clients together with her team.
She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2013 and has been a registered attorney with the Izmir Bar Association since 2014. In the same year, she also became a registered trademark and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
She completed postgraduate studies in Economic Law at both Universität zu Köln and Istanbul Bilgi University. Since 2023, she has been one of the partners of Kapital Legal, leading the Corporate and Intellectual Property Law Department.
She is actively involved in civil society organizations and is a member of EGİAD (Aegean Young Business People Association), EGİKAD (Aegean Businesswomen Association), and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
