After ranking 73rd in Turkey in the quantitative field and 2nd in the equal-weight field in the national university entrance exam, he studied law at Bilkent University on a full scholarship. In addition to his legal studies, he earned a minor degree in Economics. Following his graduation with high honors, he completed his MSc in Economics at Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
After completing his postgraduate education, he carried out his legal internship at Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership.
