Attorney Nazlı Ayça Toyman graduated with high honors from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Law in 2017. She then completed her LL.M. degree in Private Law at the Graduate School of Social Sciences of the same university, submitting a thesis titled “Indirect Representation under Turkish Law of Obligations.” During her academic years, she actively participated in several student organizations and initiatives.
Since 2018, she has worked as a lawyer at various law firms specializing in private law, providing consultancy and legal representation in areas such as labor law, commercial law, law of obligations, enforcement and bankruptcy law, union law, intellectual and industrial property law, corporate law, and personal data protection law. She has also gained extensive experience in legal support for HR processes, corporate compliance systems, and litigation strategy development. She is currently working as a Senior Associate at Kapital Legal Attorney Partnership.
